嗶嗶繳 BeePay
BeePay is a service made by the Taiwan Clearing House to allow the general public to pay all kinds of bills.

Challenge
The App of BeePay only got a rating of 1.7 on IOS and 2.6 on Android. So I studied the App and found the following issues:

The user flow is confusing and tediously long.

The typesetting was not reader-friendly.

The app includes a mixture of different design styles.

The app used a lot of same elements from the website which are not optimized for the mobile user.

Unnecessary animation transaction and slow response time.
Solution

Rearrange the user flow so users can achieve their goals with fewer steps.
-
Replace web components with elements like the sidebar and built-in calendar so it can be more friendly for mobile users.
-
Adjust color and the layout to unify the design language.



Summary
I submitted an analysis report with a refined design and got positive feedback from the client.
Though the project was canceled halfway through the development because of other issues, I am still glad to have the opportunity to look into this product.
